We plan, organize and deliver a variety of mentoring, training, and hands-on assistance under the Circuit Rider Training Program for First Nations water and wastewater systems and school mechanical systems, including:
Provide hands-on training to First Nations plant/school operators in proper operation and maintenance to ensure that the installed equipment and plant/school perform adequately for the community’s safety and the environment.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating maintenance management plans (MMPs).
Assist operator in identifying and rectifying maintenance deficiencies.
Assist operator in identifying and rectifying monitoring deficiencies.
Assist operator in identifying and rectifying record-keeping deficiencies.
Assist operator in identifying and rectifying training and knowledge deficiencies
Develop proactive preventative operations/maintaining initiatives, including developing and implementing an MMP.
Assist Member First Nation Chiefs and Councils in identifying training needs and developing a training and certification plan for the primary and backup operators.
