STC Early Learning Centre (St. Frances Daycare)

The STC Early Learning Centre (ELC), located at St. Frances Cree-Bilingual School, offers childcare for children from six weeks to the end of kindergarten or six years of age. Early Childhood Educators (ECE) must have an ECE Level I, II and III. They support all aspects of children’s learning, hygiene, health, well-being, and safety while attending the STC Early Learning Centre (ELC).
