STC Early Learning Centre (202 Willow Street)

The STC Early Learning Centre (ELC), located at 202 Willow Street, behind St. Frances Cree-Bilingual School, offers childcare for children from six weeks to the end of kindergarten or six years of age. Early Childhood Educators (ECE) must have an ECE Level I, II and III. They support all aspects of children’s learning, hygiene, health, well-being, and safety while attending the STC Early Learning Centre (ELC).

As of June 1, 2024, the STC ELC will no longer be added to our waitlist.  We apologize for the inconvenience. We will update the website at a later date when the waitlist reopens.
