Position Summary
The Kinistin Bison Ranch is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Bison Manager/Grader Operator.
This position is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of the bison herd, including the upkeep of corrals, fencing, pasture, and ranch infrastructure. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating a grader and other heavy equipment to maintain roads, trails, and ranch access routes. The Bison Manager will oversee all aspects of herd health, movement, and culling, while working collaboratively with KSN staff and partners to support initiatives that promote KSN traditions and cultural identity. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
