THE POSITION

STC Urban programs, including Sawēyihtotān, offer a variety of services that impact our relative’s quality of life and address the social determinants of health. These services range from transitional housing, outreach services, emergency sheltering, health and wellness, parenting, harm reduction, kinship, culture, youth support, justice, employment training and education. The supervisor will oversee SMS Street Outreach, Hospital Outreach, and Home-Based Outreach

The Supervisor is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing approved strategies and business plans for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the the SMS street outreach, hospital outreach and home-based outreach team. Provide support to community members in all matters relating to emergency-based housing, physical and mental health, addictions, advocacy, justice, income support and employment.

The Supervisor is under the direct supervision of and will report directly to the Sawēyihtotān Program Manager and overseen by the Director of Urban Integrated Services.  The Supervisor will follow the Saskatoon Tribal Council Personnel and Financial Policies and the Sawēyihtotān Operations and Program Guidelines Manual.
