Position Summary:
Reporting to the Mental Health & Addictions Manager and IRS Project Manager, the Community Liaison serves as a bridge between community and Mental Health and Addictions services. The Liaison provides guidance, support, education, advocacy and coordination of opportunities for individuals, families, youth, Elders and community members. Working collaboratively with the Mental Health & Addictions team, the successful candidate helps ensure culture is incorporated into all aspects of wellness programming while promoting healing through Indigenous ways of knowing.
