Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Child and Family Services, this position is a senior position requiring strong analytical skills. This individual must have a broad base of experience working in many facets of child and family services thereby allowing for quick, sound decision-making under immense pressure including multiple stakeholder concerns and legal requirements and obligations.
The Casework Supervisor of Prevention Services is to adhere to the Mistawasis Nêhiyawak Child and Family Services Program standards and to ensure its effectiveness by monitoring and evaluating services with quality input from clients and families. The position will work with a team of professionals and partners collaboratively and effectively. In doing so, the Casework Supervisor demonstrates the ability to plan, assess, and provide a high standard of delivery of care and services.
