THE POSITION
The Literacy Specialist is responsible for providing literacy support to schools, teachers, students, and school-based initiatives which positively impact student achievement. The specialist will provide services and supports in all areas related to literacy including planning, instruction, and assessment.
STC is a catalyst for success and we provide 2nd level services to member First Nations to support their education programs and local priorities which may include a focus on land-based learning, response-to-intervention (RTI), language retention/reclamation, cultural revitalization, or other cross-curricular instruction.
Salary Range: $27.29 To $40.94 Hourly
