The Position
STC operates emergency receiving homes for children and youth aged 0-15 yrs. on a short-term basis. The home(s) provide immediate care, in a safe and nurturing environment, for children and youth who are no longer in the care of their primary caregivers and or are involved with the Ministry of Social Services. The Home Supervisor is responsible for developing, recommending and implementing approved strategies and business plans for the efficient and effective day-to day operation of the home(s).
The Home Supervisor’s are under the direct supervision of and will report directly to the Urban Homes Manager and overseen by the Director of Well-Being Services. Home Supervisors will follow the Saskatoon Tribal Council Personnel and Financial Policies and the STC Homes Operations and Program Guidelines Manual.
