Position Summary:
Reporting to the Prevention Program Manager, The Family Advocate is a front-line service provider within the One Arrow First Nation Prevention Unit, responsible for delivering in-home and community-based supports to children, youth, and families. This position focuses on strengthening families, promoting child safety, and reducing the need for Child & Family Services (CFS) protection Support involvement through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches.
