Position Summary
The Kinistin Saulteaux Nation is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about making a difference, likes a challenge, and is dependable for the position of Full time Family Support. The Family Support worker will play a vital role in enhancing family well-being by delivering hands-on, intensive support services directly in the home. This includes teaching life skills, parenting skills, Financial Literacy, and other programming that is relevant to building Capacity within the Families of KSN.
The main responsibility will focus on delivering family support services aimed at strengthening family dynamics, promoting positive parenting practices, and enhancing self-sufficiency. The Family Support worker will also provide one-on-one parenting support, work closely with program facilitators, and contribute to the development and implementation of family-centered programs.
