The Position
STC Well-being Services Wrigley Home Supervisor is committed to providing child/youth care rooted in indigenous culture and values. Which is established, controlled and managed by First Nations, to provide care, support and protection services for children and youth aged 0-12 yrs. on a short-term basis. The home(s) provide immediate care, in a safe and nurturing environment, for children and youth who are no longer in the care of their primary caregiver. The Home Supervisor is responsible to maintain the operational standards of the home by effective management of the day-to day operation, staff management, training, safety and security, documentation and reporting, financial management, advocacy and communication, quality assurance, crisis intervention.
The Home Supervisor are under the direct supervision of and will report directly to the Directory of Well Being Services. Home Supervisor will follow the Saskatoon Tribal Council Personnel and Financial Policies and reference the STC Emergency Receiving Homes Operations and Program Guidelines Manual.
