The Position
Under the daily supervision of the Urban Justice Coordinator and the general direction of the Director of Justice, the Reintegration Case Worker is responsible for the delivery of services for adult clients that are referred to the Reintegration Program. This position will provide support to the incarcerated client and their family members by developing an individualized case plan based on their criminogenic risk factors and also address challenges to sustainable employment. These are term positions ending August 31, 2027 which may be extended subject to funding.
