Position Summary
The Integrated Wellness Worker provides holistic, wraparound case management for community members navigating complex wellness needs. This role supports individuals and families through culturally grounded services that span Jordan’s Principle coordination, justice system navigation, treatment planning, relapse prevention, and continued well-being. The Worker will collaborate with health, social, and justice partners to ensure seamless access to supports while honoring Saulteaux values and relational accountability.
