Position Summary

The Muskeg Lake Cree Nation’s kihiw waciston School is looking for exceptional support staff to join our team for the 2025/2026 school year.  The Muskeg Lake Cree Nation believes that all of our children have the right to a quality and culturally sensitive education.  We believe that in order to be successful and positive contributors to the Saskatchewan community, our children must have an education that promotes scholastic and personal excellence. The school is located on the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation, which is approximately 108 km from Saskatoon.

The Student Transition Worker will facilitate and support partnership initiatives between the First Nation community schools and the affiliated provincial schools. The Student Transition Worker will ensure a smooth transition from the First Nation School to provincial school (secondary and post-secondary). The Student Transition Worker will also be required to be familiar with the post-secondary and vocational training institutions and their program offerings.
