The Position
The Youth Mental Health Navigator, under the direction of the STC Mental Health Program Manager, will be primarily responsible to lead the Mental Health Youth Initiative in our Member Nations to provide prevention, assessment, referrals, and support to children and youth. The Youth Mental Health Navigator will work collaboratively alongside our Integrated Wellness Team as well our Member Nation Staff. The Youth Mental Health Navigator will build healthy relationships with children, youth and families, as well as provide education to youth with a focus on mental wellness, such as suicide prevention, substance use, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, and homelessness. This position is placed under the Integrated Wellness Services Portfolio with a direct reporting line to Wellness.
Salary Range: $27.29 To $40.94 Hourly
