Position Summary
The Client Care Advocate serves as the primary liaison between clients and the health organization, ensuring that client needs are met with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. This role involves providing transportation for clients, direct client support, advocacy, and coordination with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
