Position Summary
The Kinistin Saulteaux Nation is seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual to fill the position of Finance Clerk. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to the Personnel Policy Manual as implemented by Kinistin Saulteaux Nation’s Chief and Council. Under the direct supervision of and directly reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Clerk will be responsible for a large number payroll, benefits, accounting, financial and administrative duties. The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience which will enable him or her to provide guidance, technical assistance and support to the Program Manager and Kinistin Saulteaux Nation Finance team. The primary responsibility of this position is to work as part of a team in the areas of finance and accounting, reporting and communication. The Finance Clerk will undertake the duties as outlined below.
